EMMA GUYETTE
Emma found her way back to the education field after completing her graduate program in Psychological Sciences at USFSP and exploring research in a corporate setting. She loves to help students excel in one of the most commonly-dreaded classes: statistics.
She also supports students with their writing assignments across all subjects, with options to meet 1-1 or to have writing assignments edited virtually with a formal analysis and rundown of suggestions.
Eager to help younger students find joy in the writing process, Emma recently developed a unique and customizable Young Writers Workshop (YWW) curriculum for students aged 8-14. YWW meets virtually on a weekly basis in pods of up to three students. Families can utilize this workshop to help their students get ahead by practicing using creative vocabulary, reading and writing various styles of poetry, structuring five-paragraph essays, and diving into the exciting world of research writing.
Outside the virtual classroom, Emma is a kombucha homebrewer, baker, reader, and self-identified “cat person.”
